My Story

I am dedicated to creating exceptional aesthetic results and emboldening my patients with self-confidence. I care deeply about both my team and our patients and over the last thirty years of my medical career have aimed to empower people to be the best version of themselves with natural, but exceptional results.

I started my professional career as a medical doctor, and on graduation from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, have worked in medicine across various renowned London hospitals. From postgraduate training I then became a qualified General Practitioner, earning membership in the Royal College of General Practitioner while also starting training in aesthetics.

With over twenty-one years dedicated to facial and body aesthetics, Dr Preema Vig brings extensive clinical experience to her work, including a ten-year tenure as Medical Director at Harvey Nichols, London. She has treated thousands of patients while leading a highly skilled team of aesthetic practitioners, with a shared focus on achieving refined, natural-looking results across both face and body.

Aesthetics is not just a profession for Dr Preema, but a personal journey. Having experienced facial trauma and reconstructive surgery herself, she brings a deeper understanding of the transformative impact that aesthetic treatments can have on confidence and self-esteem.

Dr Preema is known for combining personalised care with clinical innovation. She has been among the first doctors in the UK to take medical responsibility for a range of advanced treatments, spanning fat reduction, skin rejuvenation and regenerative medicine. With particular expertise in collagen stimulation for both face and body, she remains committed to ongoing education through international conferences and advanced training.

She has also served as a judge for The Aesthetic Awards, contributing to the recognition of excellence, integrity and innovation within the field.

At Dr Preema London Clinic in Mayfair, her approach centres on delivering bespoke, medically-led treatment plans, combining advanced technologies with a strong emphasis on safety, skin health and long-term results.

Beyond the clinic, Dr Preema is the founder of Preema Aura, a luxury Mayfair-based fashion brand creating limited-edition resortwear and one-of-a-kind pieces. The brand reflects her wider philosophy of confidence, individuality and empowerment, aligning closely with her work in aesthetics.

What makes Dr Preema Vig unique?

Dr Preema Vig has a bespoke stepwise management system and a ‘let the patient be ready for treatment’ approach. This combined with her fast yet extremely light injectable handwork (based on feedback from patients that have had treatment elsewhere historically) has resulted in the majority of her patients not requiring local anaesthetic numbing cream or dental blocks.

“I trust my intuition when I meet my patients and when I am treating them. I am honest and treat everyone equally (irrespective of their status) and will turn patients away if the requested treatment is not necessary”.
