My Story

I am dedicated to creating exceptional aesthetic results and emboldening my patients with self-confidence. I care deeply about both my team and our patients and over the last thirty years of my medical career have aimed to empower people to be the best version of themselves with natural, but exceptional results.

I started my professional career as a medical doctor, and on graduation from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, have worked in medicine across various renowned London hospitals. From postgraduate training I then became a qualified General Practitioner, earning membership in the Royal College of General Practitioner while also starting training in aesthetics.

I have since spent over twenty-one years dedicated to facial and body aesthetics, including a ten-year tenure as Medical Director at Harvey Nichols, London. I have been personally responsible for the care of thousands of patients, while also leading a skilled team of aesthetic practitioners. Our shared goal is to achieve a fresher, smoother-looking face and body for every patient — and “natural results” has become our trademark signature.

Aesthetics isn’t just an abstract concept for me. I have personally experienced facial trauma and undergone reconstructive surgery, which has given me an even deeper appreciation of the powerful and positive impact that aesthetics can bring to confidence and self-esteem.

I pride myself on delivering both personalised care and innovation, and have had the privilege of being among the first doctors in the UK to take medical responsibility for a range of cutting-edge treatments — from fat reduction to rejuvenation and regenerative medicine. As a key opinion leader in collagen stimulation across face and body, and a lifelong learner, I continue to participate in conferences and advanced training seminars worldwide to remain at the forefront of aesthetic developments. We are confident that we offer the most advanced, safest and highest-impact treatments available anywhere in the world, while always maintaining the highest level of customised care.

Beyond the clinic, I have extended my philosophy of empowerment and individuality into the world of design, founding Preema Aura — a luxury Mayfair-based brand creating limited-edition resortwear and one-of-a-kind dresses that celebrate confidence, beauty and self-expression. Each piece reflects the same values that define my approach to aesthetics: artistry, integrity and empowerment.

What makes Dr Preema Vig unique?

Dr Preema Vig has a bespoke stepwise management system and a ‘let the patient be ready for treatment’ approach. This combined with her fast yet extremely light injectable handwork (based on feedback from patients that have had treatment elsewhere historically) has resulted in the majority of her patients not requiring local anaesthetic numbing cream or dental blocks.
